The Night Crickets is a collection of poems and a single short story in which Jaap Robben sees what we also see, but where he especially notices the hilarious or the harrowing. A bundle that cannot be categorized. For adults or children, poetry or prose? Suzanne Hertogs designed this collection and turned it into a dazzling visual whole, just as she did with Two Flies.
